HOW MUCH DO SUPPLEMENTS AND SACRAMENTS COST?

The cost of supplements can vary depending on your specific needs and goals. In terms of budgeting, we recommend setting aside approximately $300–$500 per month for supplements throughout the program, depending on your specific needs and what resonates with your healing and wellness process.

In terms of the sacraments, a $200 donation will be made to the church and you will receive a 2- month supply with organic botanical pairings.

This range ensures you have access to the highest quality items recommended for optimal results throughout the program. 

Keep in mind that your specific protocol may adjust based on your unique journey and needs.

HOW DISCREET IS THE GROUP FORMAT?

You control your level of participation. While group interaction is a key component, you decide how much you want to share.

Our private community is exclusively open to our members only, allowing you to share only what you're comfortable with.

At the beginning of the program, we share a comprehensive set of privacy and safety guidelines with all participants. These guidelines outline our expectations for maintaining confidentiality and respect within the group.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any safety and privacy breaches. Any member who violates our safety and privacy guidelines will be immediately removed from the program.

This multi-layered approach ensures a safe, confidential environment where you can focus on your healing journey without concerns about privacy.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I'M ON MEDICATIONS?

Yes, you can participate in TMM while on medication. However, it’s important to consult with a holistic-minded provider before making any changes to your medication regimen. While the program emphasizes natural approaches, it supports you in making informed decisions about your health.

TMM is designed to support you at any stage of your health journey. We have successfully used this approach to help clients heal without medications, assist those considering tapering, and support those recovering from withdrawal symptoms after stopping medications.

We believe it’s never too late to benefit from TMM on your path to wellness. The program does not require you to stop or taper your medications and is suitable for everyone, whether or not you are on medication. Many participants choose to taper off their medications after starting our programs.

Preparing the body and mind is crucial before considering any changes to your medication. Since tapering is a highly individualized process, we don’t provide specific tapering instructions in this program. However, our resources on tapering with a trained pharmacist includes insights that may be helpful if you decide to pursue tapering.

Jemie Sae Koo, M.A., is a leader in mental health and the founder of Psychable.com, the premier platform for holistic wellness in the psychedelic space.
