I'M CONCERNED ABOUT ABOUT PRIVACY. HOW DISCREET IS THE GROUP FORMAT?

We prioritize your privacy and understand its importance, especially for professionals in high-profile positions. 

Here's how we ensure discretion:

  1. You control your level of participation. While group interaction is a key component, you decide how much you want to share.

  2. Our private community is exclusively open to our members, allowing you to share only what you're comfortable with.

  3. At the beginning of the program, we share a comprehensive set of privacy and safety guidelines with all participants. These guidelines outline our expectations for maintaining confidentiality and respect within the group.

  4. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any privacy breaches. Any member who violates our privacy guidelines will be immediately removed from the program.

    This multi-layered approach ensures a safe, confidential environment where you can focus on your healing journey without concerns about privacy.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE HEALING COMPASS PROGRAM IF I AM CURRENTLY ON MEDICATION?

Yes, you can participate in the Healing Compass program while on medication. However, it’s important to consult with a holistic-minded provider before making any changes to your medication regimen. While the program emphasizes natural approaches, it supports you in making informed decisions about your health.

The Healing Compass program is designed to support you at any stage of your health journey. Jemie has successfully used this approach in her practice to help patients heal without medications, assist those considering tapering, and support those recovering from withdrawal symptoms after stopping medications.

We believe it’s never too late to benefit from the Healing Compass program on your path to wellness. The program does not require you to stop or taper your medications and is suitable for everyone, whether or not you are on medication. Many participants choose to explore medication tapering after completing our 3- and 6-month individualized programs.

Preparing the body and mind is crucial before considering any changes to your medication. Since tapering is a highly individualized process, we don’t provide specific tapering instructions in this program. However, our bonus session on tapering with a trained pharmacist includes resources that may be helpful if you decide to pursue tapering.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PHYSICAL ILLNESS ALONG WITH MY MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS?

It's important to consult a holistic-minded provider before starting any program. This program is not intended to diagnose or treat any disease, and you may have unique dietary needs to keep in mind. Remember, everyone's situation is different.

IS IT NECESSARY TO GET APPROVAL FROM MY DOCTOR?

Since conventional medical training often doesn’t go deep enough or cover the depth of an integrative approach extensively, consulting with a traditional MD might not provide the clarity you need.

We recommend working with a holistic-minded practitioner skilled in functional, nutritional healing, or psychedelic-assisted therapy. You can find referral links in our directory, here

WHAT IF IT'S BEYOND MY BUDGET?

We want you to be part of this program and invest in yourself. If finances are a concern, you can apply for a scholarship. We also encourage you to use the Healing Compass Program to help improve your financial situation, and perhaps even sponsor someone in the future.

DOES INSURANCE COVER THIS?

Our services are currently paid out of pocket. Unfortunately, most insurance plans do not typically cover holistic or non-traditional therapy programs like ours.

You may be able to check with your HSA under "coaching", however, you may need a letter of necessity though. We don’t have additional details regarding HSA/insurance filing at this time.

However, we are in the process of setting up the ability to accept HSA/FSA, and we’ll be sure to let you know when that option becomes available.
