FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

By engaging in our services, the Client agrees to fulfill all financial obligations associated with their selected payment plan. The Client is responsible for completing all payments as agreed upon at the time of service engagement. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue the recovery of any outstanding balances through our designated Collection Agency. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be added to all overdue balances. Client shall assume responsibility for all legal fees incurred by Psychable caused by any default in payment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as valid forms of payment. If the Client opts for a payment plan, including weekly or monthly installments, the Client authorizes us to charge the agreed-upon installment amount to their designated credit or debit card on a recurring basis until the balance is fully paid. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for these transactions.

REFUNDS

All payments made for our programs and services are non-refundable. By enrolling in a payment plan, the Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments as required by law. If the Client fails to fulfill their payment obligations, we reserve the right to seek the recovery of unpaid amounts through our Collection Agency.
